Building Cisco® Content Networking Solutions (CN) Length: 5-day Workshop The purpose of the CN course is to teach personnel in a network management and administrative job function how to build Content Networking solutions. Although Cisco® currently offers product courses that present these technologies, this course addresses how these technologies work together to provide Content Networking solutions for the Service Provider environment. The CN training course is a 40 hour learning event, available in both e-Learning and ILT delivery avenues. Building Cisco® Content Networking Solutions is part of the recommended training path for those students seeking CCIP® status. You will learn: - The usage and features of Internet Protocols associated with CDN transmission. This Includes the usage and features of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, DNS, and Multimedia Streaming protocols
- The technology, function, components, and application associated with Content Switching, Routing and Caching
- Network diagrams and system designs o configure and test a Cisco® 11000 Content Switch, a Cisco® CR 4430B Router and a Cisco® CE 5XX Content
- Describe the applications, architecture, components, and configuration of Cisco® ECDN and ICDN solution
Recommended for: Service provider job functions that build Content Networking solutions at a network professional level. Because this course is part of the recommended training path for students seeking a CCIP® or CCIE® status, Cisco® anticipates the audience will be comprised of those personnel who perform other network job functions, such as network performance, security, or design. Prerequisites: - Completion of the ICND course
