Course Description:

The ability to efficiently and effectively gather accurate requirements is a key component to the success of any project and in being able to meet and satisfy customer expectations. This course covers the skills and techniques needed to translate customer needs into effective, accurate project requirements. It provides a framework for identifying business needs and then linking the associated requirements to objectives in order to set project scope, managing client expectations and ultimately deliver a successful outcome. The methodology is applicable to all types of requirements gathering including IT and systems development projects.
