i-Net+ / CIW Associate Boot Camp prepares student for both CompTIA's i-Net+ Certification and CIW's CIW Associate Certification. It is up to the student to choose which test they would like to take at the end of the program.
The CompTIA i-Net+ certification is an international industry credential that validates the knowledge of technical and non-technical professionals alike with at least six months experience in internet, intranet, extranet and e-commerce technologies.
CIW Associates have mastered the fundamental knowledge and skills required to work in an internet technology-enabled environment. These foundational skills include basic knowledge of internet technologies such as web browsers, FTP and e-mail; web page authoring using Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML); basic infrastructure networking, and project management. The CIW Associate certification is valuable for individuals working in fields such as sales, business development, advertising, technical recruiting and other areas that depend on web-enabled systems for productivity.
