Public Corporate Contracts

If your organization has many people to train, you may benefit from a public corporate contract. This contract will allow your employees to attend any of our public courses at a pre-agreed discounted rate.

Our Contract team will:

• Organize and manage contract/subcontract administration activities.

• Monitor company guidelines to ensure that contracts, business agreements
     and correspondence are drafted in the best interest of the company.

• Review all RFP's and prepare cost proposals in accordance with RFP
     requirements.

• Administer contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with contract
      provisions. Provide information as necessary to interpret contract clauses. 
      Recommend appropriate actions to resolve performance difficulties.

• Provide guidance to management and participate in inter-company
     negotiations to ensure most favorable status for organization in cost, terms
     and conditions.

• Maintain and monitor cost data for all contracts and subcontracts.

• Prepare and negotiate subcontracts, consulting agreements, teaming
     agreements, non-disclosure agreements and cost proposals.

• Provide contract management advice to contracts personnel
